Practicing Memory explores the living history of 55 Mercer and the artistic communities that helped shape downtown New York’s experimental culture.

 

An exhibition bringing together long-time members of the artist-run space 55 Mercer to activate archival materials and new works through lived memory, space, and collective practice.
